Principal Engineer

Currently we major on structural conversion, rehabilitation and alterations of houses and other domestic type buildings.  We are now looking to develop the work we undertake in relation to warehousing, distribution centres and service yards amongst other commercial opportunities.  Our focus is on upgrading and modernising or converting existing facilities.

We are looking for a recently chartered engineer able to demonstrate experience relevant to both these areas of work (not necessarily within these sectors, but relevant to them) in order to play a leading role in the growth of the business.  Ideally some of your experience will have been spent in a site-based role.  You will be working closely with the director to develop the practice brand, establish new opportunities and ground your career path.

The office is situated within 15 minutes’ walk of Warwick station with local shops within 10 minutes’ walk.  Free car parking is available on site.  Target salary £35000-£45,000 subject to negotiation.  5 weeks annual leave (5 days of this to be taken at Christmas) plus all statutory holidays.
